Anti alcohol-fuelled violence scheme brings 'change'

A project designed to curb alcohol-fuelled violent crime in Welsh cities is getting results, according to a report.

Of those surveyed after South Wales Police intervention, 54% now "pre-load" with drink before going out - down from 63% - and 36% think it is hard to have fun if they are not drunk, down from 46%.

Zara Quigg, author of the Centre for Public Health report, said the scheme was bringing about "significant changes".

She spoke to BBC Radio Wales' Louise Elliott.
