Welsh farmers and consumers 'losing out' over lamb price

Farmers from Wales are joining a crisis summit with a warning the price they get for lamb has a reached critically low level.

Dylan Morgan, deputy director and head of policy at union NFU Cymru, said their share of the retail price of lamb sold on the shelves has dropped from 60% to 50% in the last year.

Retailers said they wanted customers to have high-quality, affordable produce.

Mr Morgan speaks to BBC Radio Wales' Good Morning Wales.
