Three nurses have been struck off for poor care - some of which led to patient deaths - at a Caerphilly county home.
Brithdir Care Home, near Bargoed, was one of six investigated as part of Operation Jasmine - the biggest investigation of its kind.
After several years and millions of pounds, no-one was prosecuted.
