Cardiff jihadist Reyaad Khan planned 'barbaric' attacks

A Cardiff jihadist who was one of three men from the city to have joined a group in Syria was killed by the RAF, the prime minister has confirmed.

Reyaad Khan, 21, died on 21 August in a precision airstrike in Syria, David Cameron said on Monday.

Khan's death had been announced last week at the Jalalia mosque in Riverside.

The PM told MPs Khan had been plotting to murder British citizens in "specific and barbaric attacks".
