RAF drone strike on Reyaad Khan 'not personal', says friend

A friend of a Cardiff jihadist who died in an RAF drone strike in Syria has spoken to the BBC.

Sajid, not his real name, from Cardiff, told BBC News Reyaad Khan, 21, was not targeted "personally".

Khan was plotting "specific and barbaric attacks", Prime Minister David Cameron said, and the RAF killed him in an "act of self-defence", which was lawful.

Sajid spoke to political reporter Lucy Manning.
