'Don't drive through flood water', says NRW

Motorists have been advised not to drive through flood water after two people had to be rescued from their cars in separate incidents as Storm Desmond hits north Wales.

Jeremy Parr, of environment body Natural Resources Wales, said although it could be tempting, drivers should not take the risk.
