Carwyn Jones calls for rethink of at-risk flood areas
Carwyn Jones has called for a rethink of at-risk flood area after returning to a flood-hit village in north Wales where residents were left waiting for him a week ago.
Residents in Tal-y-Bont near Bangor expressed anger last week after the first minister did not show up.
He has apologised but said he did not know they had been expecting him.
Mr Jones has pledged £2.3m to protect communities which will be for immediate support for homes and businesses affected by flooding over Christmas.
