Nigel Farage and Carwyn Jones to face-off in EU debate

First Minister Carwyn Jones is set for a head-to-head debate with UKIP leader Nigel Farage on the UK's future within the European Union.

The hour-long debate on Monday is being hosted by independent think tank Institute of Welsh Affairs before an audience of 400 people at Cardiff Bay from 19:00 GMT.

Mr Jones has said leaving the EU would be "catastrophic" for Wales.

Mr Farage has said Wales' steel industry is being over-regulated by an "economically illiterate" EU.

BBC Wales political editor Nick Servini reports.
