NHS Wales: 'I'm in chronic pain and really angry'

Patient Raymond Lee has been treated by the NHS in both England and Wales.

He told BBC he had a hip replacement within 18 weeks when living in Luton but, now living in Ceredigion, he must wait 18 months to have the other one operated on.

Mr Lee said he is suffering chronic pain and has to regularly take painkillers.

Deputy Health Minister Vaughan Gething said he did not accept there had been failings in the Welsh NHS, but added: "I know we have more to do."
