Call for wheelchair-friendly shops with disabled workers

Wheelchair users in Wales are being failed by the UK government, according to a House of Lords report.

It looked at how effective the Equality Act has been and focused on things like access at railways stations and taxis refusing guide dogs.

Wheelchair user Simon Green from Bridgend visited Cardiff's St David's shopping centre to highlight some of the problems.
