Iraq Inquiry: 'Range of reasons' for war - Kim Howells

Former Foreign Office minister and Welsh MP Kim Howells has said the Iraq War was never just about weapons of mass destruction.

The ex-Pontypridd MP was speaking ahead of the publication of the seven-year inquiry into the conflict on Wednesday.

He told BBC Wales he believed it was right to oust a "fascist dictator" but accepted questions remain over the military operation.
