People with mental health issues 'wait too long' for help

People with mental health problems are waiting too long for psychological help, a new coalition of mental health charities has said.

One in four adults in the UK are likely to suffer with mental health issues at some stage in their lifetime.

We Need to Talk Wales said half of all people wait more than three months before their first talking therapy session.
