Carwyn Jones: Wales needs to know UK Brexit strategy

It is "hugely important" for Wales to know the UK government's strategy for leaving the EU, First Minister Carwyn Jones has said.

Mr Jones was speaking after the High Court ruled MPs should be consulted over leaving the EU.

He has called for Brexit votes in all four UK nations after judges said the UK government could not trigger Article 50 of the Lisbon Treaty without Parliamentary approval.

Mr Jones said a debate in Parliament, at least, was needed to understand the trading relationship the UK government wants with the EU in future.
