Hinterland: Explore the sets in Aberystwyth exhibition

Fans of the BBC and S4C's bilingual crime drama Hinterland are being given the chance to step on to the set.

Familiar scenes have been recreated for a new exhibition at Aberystwyth University's Old College.

They include the police office shared by DCI Tom Mathias, played by Richard Harrington, and Mali Harries' character DI Mared Rhys.

The free exhibition opened on Saturday and runs until 22 December.

Hinterland co-creator and director Ed Thomas said the exhibition is a "small way to say thank you for the support" to the people of Ceredigion.
