Autumn Statement: Filco store chain looks to chancellor

The Autumn Statement will be revealed by Chancellor of the Exchequer Phillip Hammond later.

He will spell out the health of the economy and what he aims to do to improve living standards.

Matthew Hunt runs family supermarket chain Filco - which his grandfather set up 71 years ago in Llantwit Major, Vale of Glamorgan.

The company employs 325 people in nine shops stretching along the Vale of Glamorgan and Bridgend.

He told BBC Wales economics correspondent Sarah Dickins business is tough.
