Psychoactive drug users 'less bothered' at being seen

Agencies working with drug users in north Wales have said so-called new psychoactive substances are proving tough to tackle.

Carry Burton, a harm reduction manager at Betsi Cadwaladr University Health Board, said people taking the drugs seem "less bothered" about being seen.
