Swansea Council leader on 'better city' manifesto win

Labour increased its majority in Swansea, which council leader Rob Stewart said was due to a positive manifesto on city improvements.

The party added one seat to hold 48 out of 72 seats.

Mr Stewart said Labour had pushed a platform on Swansea being a "better city".
