Welsh Water uses virtual reality for water works design

Welsh Water used virtual reality to help design its new £32m water works and the technology pays for itself.

The "igloo" design studio enabled engineers and operators to take a look inside before it was built.

Martin Hennessey, director of capital delivery, said the possibilities of using VR were limitless.
