Swansea opera singer Natalya Romaniw up for arts award

An opera singer from Swansea has been nominated for a prestigious arts award.

Soprano Natalya Romaniw from Morriston is in the breakthrough category for this year’s South Bank Sky Arts awards.

She won critical acclaim in performances in Eugene Onegin and The Queen of Spades

She said her success was down to a mixture of luck and hard work,
