Police patrolling the 'Evo Triangle' want speed cameras

Police have been stepping up patrols on the so-called "Evo Triangle" of roads to catch high-performance car drivers using it as a race track.

It has led to calls for a dedicated unit to combat the problem by one north Wales assembly member.

Traffic officer Sgt Tristan Bevan told BBC Radio Cymru's Manylu programme that he would like to see average speed cameras covering the area.
