Revamped Carmarthen velodrome officially reopens

One of the oldest outdoor velodromes officially reopened on Tuesday evening.

More than 230 concrete panels that make up the track at Carmarthen Park in Carmarthenshire have been replaced as part of a £600,00 renovation project.

Local cycling club, Towy Riders, was given the first opportunity to ride on the track, along with some penny farthings.
