Jailed sex abuser keeps parental rights over his children

Despite being sentenced to more than 12 years in prison for sexually abusing his children, their father has still kept a grip on them.

This included stopping them going on holiday by saying they did not have his permission.

Their mother has called for a mechanism to remove the parental rights of those convicted and jailed for "horrific crimes".
