New Year Honours: Who's made the 2018 list in Wales?

Wales rugby star Sam Warburton and former Welsh Secretary Cheryl Gillan top the 2018 New Year Honours list in Wales.

British and Irish Lions captain Warbuton has been awarded an OBE, while the Llandaff-born politician has been made a dame for political and public service.

Police chiefs, teachers, health workers, community volunteers and academics were also among those honoured across Wales.
