Storm Emma: Don't travel unless you must, says transport secretary

People have been asked to avoid using driving due to the bad weather unless they "absolutely must".

Transport Secretary Ken Skates said responsible employers would put workers' safety first.

A snow warning for Wales is now at the highest red "extreme weather" level.

It is the first red warning for snow in Wales since 2013.
