Coronavirus: Pandemic diaries study led by Swansea University
A mass observation study by Swansea University is documenting everyday lives during the coronavirus pandemic.
It has been inspired by World War Two research which used a UK-wide panel of volunteers who wrote diaries and completed regular questionnaires.
So far, 80 volunteers have been contributing to the new study which is looking for more contributors to submit diary entries, including written accounts, video diaries or even social media posts.
Sociology student Ellie Griffiths, 19, who is contributing to the project, said the first-hand accounts from the war were "invaluable to us now”.
"It's easy to forget that we're in a very big part of history right now, so I do think it's very important to journal it," she said.
