Coronavirus: Caerphilly lockdown rules outlined by minister

Wales' Health Minister Vaughan Gething has outlined new restrictions being imposed on Caerphilly county borough after a spike in cases.

People will not be able to leave or enter the area without good reason from 18:00 BST on Tuesday.

Mr Gething blamed the rise in cases on people socialising in their homes.
