Rhondda plan for 'Europe's longest walking and cycling tunnel'
Plans to reopen a buried railway tunnel linking two valleys have taken a step closer, with hopes to make it "Europe's longest walking and cycling tunnel".
The Rhondda Tunnel Society want to open the tunnel for walkers and cyclists and hope to work with a start-up engineering company which would provide a new entrance.
On Thursday, people went further into the tunnel than has been possible for 50 years.
