Disabled boxing classes 'changes lives'
A veteran wants to show "sport is for everyone" with his classes teaching people with disabilities how to box.
Chris McEwen, injured while serving in Afghanistan and Iraq, said making the sport more inclusive was "joyful".
Pembroke Dock Amateur Boxing Club, in Pembrokeshire, is one of the only clubs catering for disabled people in Wales.
It was awarded club of the month in January by ParaSports, which works with the Paralympic Games.
Mr McEwen said he had found a new love of boxing, adding: “It changes lives."
