Caerphilly dog attack: Mark Drakeford's tribute to Jack Lis

Wales' First Minister Mark Drakeford has paid tribute to a 10-year-old boy who was killed by a dog.

Jack Lis died at a house in Caerphilly on Monday afternoon.

The dog was destroyed by police, who said it was "extremely aggressive".

Mr Drakeford told the Senedd about the impact Jack's death would have on his friends.
