Covid: Merthyr Tydfil voices its concerns about Christmas

As the Welsh government finalises its latest Covid measures ahead of Christmas, people have offered mixed views on the situation.

The cabinet met twice on Thursday to consider how to tackle Omicron as it continues to spread across the UK.

In Merthyr Tydfil, one woman believed measures were being enforced for “the safety of the country” but one man said people had “lost patience with the government”.
