Covid: Shelters landed with huge vet bills for abandoned dogs

Dog shelters in Wales have said they are being handed more dogs than ever due to the ongoing pandemic.

One shelter in Pontyclun said it would normally have around 80 dogs at its shelter but this figure now stands at about 130.
