Cardiff restaurant floods as heavy rain hits Wales

Diners at a restaurant were forced to flee as water flooded through the ceiling.

Video taken by a customer shows water streaming onto an area between the kitchen and the dining area.

"The restaurant was full, around 90 customers and we had no choice really but to close," said owner Sam Elliott.

A Met Office warning, for heavy rain and thunderstorms, is in place across most of Wales until 02:00 BST Tuesday.
