Cardiff Half Marathon welcomes runners and a racquet
The Cardiff Half Marathon returns - but running will not be the only sport on show, with a tennis racquet set to be seen on the route.
About 27,500 people are set to take part as the race returns for the first time since the coronavirus pandemic.
Meet the man who is taking an unusual approach and aiming to bounce a tennis ball the whole way round.
James finished the race in 1:46:08 - and is now waiting for verification of his world record.
