Wales weather: Where will it snow this weekend?

As the dark nights draw in and temperatures plummet, the question on many people's lips is: Will we get snow?

Some areas of Wales are set to see snow this weekend, with up to 10cm (4in) predicted.

But weather presenter Sabrina Lee explains that forecasting snow can be very tricky, as tiny changes in temperature "make all the difference".
