Farming: Sunak criticises Welsh government farming plans

The prime minister has said the Welsh government’s proposed changes to its agricultural subsidies are “incredibly damaging” to farmers.

He said the new scheme would reduce food security and lead to thousands of job losses.

It comes as farmers continue to protest against the plans, which the Welsh government says will support farmers and address the climate crisis.
