Cardiff: Murdered driver's family want more courier help

The daughters of a courier who was murdered while at work are calling for better safety measures to protect delivery drivers.

Cara and Elena Lang's father Mark was killed in March 2023 and the pair sat in court as Christopher El Gifari was sentenced to life for murder while stealing Mr Lang's parcel delivery van.

Delivery firms said staff safety was taken "very seriously" but senior police officers have warned about an increase in "opportunistic" attacks on drivers.
