Amy Dowden has described how dancing got her through the "darkest of times".

The Strictly Come Dancing professional from Caerphilly returns to screens on Friday, after being told there was "no evidence of disease" was found during her latest health check.

On Dare to Dance, she travels around Wales passing on her skills.
