Leasehold: Cancer survivor says she was hounded for flat fees
A cancer patient says her recovery was hindered by “stressful” demands for money from the company which managed her block of flats.
The maintenance fee for Mandy Francis’s flat in Llwynhendy, Carmarthenshire, rose from £1,360 a year to £2,647, while she says the state of the building got worse.
“They kept on and on badgering me,” she says.
Principle Estate Management has refused to comment.
