Nick Clegg blames Conservatives for Welsh powers delay
Liberal Democrat leader Nick Clegg has blamed the Conservatives for the UK government delay in responding to proposals on the future of devolution.
The Silk Commission, which is examining the Welsh assembly's powers, has recommended some tax-varying powers in Wales but a UK government response - promised by spring - is still awaited.
Mr Clegg said he was trying to persuade his Tory coalition partners that more powers would be "sensible".
The UK government said it has consulted further after industry concerns about the devolution of stamp duty.
The deputy prime minister was interviewed by BBC Wales parliamentary correspondent David Cornock.
