Wales National Survey 'puts record straight' on health

Criticism of the NHS in Wales has been countered by a national survey showing strong public satisfaction with the service, a minister has claimed.

The annual poll of more than 14,000 people found at least 90% of them were happy with the level of care they got from their GP and at their last hospital appointment.

Finance Minister Jane Hutt said it "puts the record straight" after a string of stories about problems in the health service.
