'Get powers out of Westminster' - Liz Kendall

Labour leadership candidate Liz Kendall has called for more devolution while visiting Wales on the campaign trail.

She promised an "optimistic vision of a better Wales" if she wins, while visiting Cardiff supporters on Sunday.

"Wales knows best" what it needs and not Whitehall, she added.

The MP for Leicester West spoke to BBC Wales' Nick Palit.
