Welsh economy 'hamstrung' by powers debate, Crabb warns

A "never-ending" debate about devolution could hamper Wales' economic prospects, Welsh Secretary Stephen Crabb has claimed.

He told Cardiff Business School he was unhappy at the lack of progress on vital projects such as an M4 relief road and rail electrification.

Mr Crabb claimed that politicians in Cardiff Bay would rather argue about assembly powers than focus on jobs and prosperity.
