'Worrying time' after Cardiff Celsa steel explosion

The first minister has said his thoughts are with workers and families affected by an explosion at a Cardiff steelworks.

Two people died and five others were injured in the blast at the Celsa UK plant in Tremorfa on Wednesday.

Carwyn Jones spoke of his concern in response to an urgent question in the Senedd chamber.
