Plaid Cymru can find money to fund priorities, Wood says

Plaid Cymru leader Leanne Wood has said her party can find ways to fund its priorities if it wins power.

Launching Plaid's assembly election campaign in Cardiff on Wednesday, she said the focus was on health, education and the economy.

Ms Wood said many of the policies will need no new funding, while "innovative" ideas such as a tax on sugary drinks would pay for others.
