Welsh Tory leader 'blue when I was born and blue now'

Welsh Conservative leader Andrew RT Davies had a rocky start to life, but he now has his eye on winning the assembly election in May.

He makes light of his breathing difficulties as a breech baby, saying he was "blue when I was born, and I'm blue now".

He tells BBC Wales political correspondent Daniel Davies he wants to "energise" the people of Wales, promising to deliver "real change" in Cardiff Bay.
