'Farage throwing toys out of pram', says Neil Hamilton

UKIP leader Nigel Farage has attacked the decision to elect ex-Tory MP Neil Hamilton as leader of the party's new group in the Assembly.

Mr Farage called UKIP AMs' choice of Mr Hamilton over Nathan Gill on Tuesday an "unjust" act of "deep ingratitude".

Mr Gill remains leader of UKIP Wales, a position appointed by Mr Farage.

However, Mr Hamilton told Felicity Evans on BBC Radio Wales' Good Evening Wales programme: "If Nigel wants to throw his toys out of the pram, that's a matter for him."
