Brexit: Firms holding off investment, Carwyn Jones says
First Minister Carwyn Jones has said Welsh companies are "holding off" from making investment decisions until they have a clearer idea of the terms of the UK's departure from the European Union.
He told the assembly's external affairs committee that he wanted Wales to enjoy "full and unfettered" access to the single market after Brexit.
Mr Jones called on the UK government to compromise on immigration for that to happen.
He stressed that businesses remained "uncertain" about the nature of life outside the EU.
