UKIP's Hamilton says Paul Nuttall has working class appeal

New UKIP leader Paul Nuttall has a "very good chance" of appealing to ex-Labour voters because of his working-class background, the party's leader in the assembly has said.

Neil Hamilton said Mr Nuttall knew what it life was like "at the bottom of the heap".
