Most lettings agents 'fair' with charges
Douglas Haig, director for Wales of the Residential Landlords Association, says most letting agents are fair with the charges they levy.
His comments come as two Labour AMs are applying to introduce a backbench assembly bill to ban the practice.
The Welsh Government has said it is happy to consider how such legislation might work.
