BBC Wales viewers 'being short-changed' versus Scotland
BBC viewers in Wales should be getting the same deal as those in Scotland, a Labour MP has said.
Kevin Brennan, who is shadow culture minister, was reacting to news that Scotland was getting a new TV channel funded with £19m in new cash.
The channel will broadcast a nightly news programme, with 80 new journalist jobs being created.
It comes after an extra £8.5m was announced for Welsh TV programming.
